A hands-on workshop designed to equip newly hired faculty with the knowledge and practical skills required to effectively facilitate Problem-Based Learning (PBL) sessions. The workshop provided opportunities for participants to engage in practical activities and apply key principles of teaching and learning to the PBL process.
By the end of the workshop, participants will be able to:
- Identify principles of adult learning.
- Classify educational objectives according to Bloom's Taxonomy.
- Select a mode of instruction according to objectives.
- Write educational objectives.
Practical activities and application of key teaching and learning principles within the Problem-Based Learning process.
