Welcome to the Shalamar College Management System (CMS). These Terms of Service govern your access and use of our web and mobile applications used for academic and administrative management. By using this system, you agree to comply with these terms.

By accessing or using the Shalamar College Management System, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, you should not use the system.

Users may include students, parents, teachers, staff, and administrators. Each user must:

• Maintain confidentiality of login credentials

The Shalamar College Management System stores academic information including attendance, grades, course registrations, and examination records. While the system strives for accuracy, the official academic records maintained by the institution shall prevail in case of discrepancies.

5. Intellectual Property

All software, design, content, and intellectual property related to the Shalamar College Management System remain the property of the institution or its technology providers. Users may not reproduce, distribute, or modify the system without permission.

6. Data Privacy

User data is handled according to our Privacy Policy. By using this system, you consent to the collection and use of information necessary for academic administration and institutional operations.

7. System Availability

We strive to ensure continuous availability of the system, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The system may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, upgrades, or technical issues.

8. Limitation of Liability

The institution and system administrators are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the system.

9. Termination of Access

The institution reserves the right to suspend or terminate user access if a user violates these terms or engages in activities that compromise the security or integrity of the system.

10. Changes to Terms

These Terms of Service may be updated periodically. Continued use of the system after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws and regulations applicable to the jurisdiction in which the institution operates.
